Description:
This session will provide a conceptual overview of sustainability and sustainable development. Then we will provide a framework for integrating sustainability across the curriculum utilizing the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Education for Sustainable Development Goals standards. This session is meant to be an interactive and creative space to play with the integration of sustainable development learning outcomes relevant to any discipline. The session will also provide a brief introduction to the ISU Sustainable Cities Program and its relevancy to experiential learning for sustainable development.
