Cost of college was unchanged for all students at the J Michael Harrold Beauty Academy

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at the J Michael Harrold Beauty Academy, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Indiana students paid $12,950 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 89 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 12 students received grants or scholarships totaling $59,960 and 15 students took out student loans totaling more than $79,384.

Including all undergraduates (64), 49 students used grants or scholarships totaling $226,572, and 48 students took out $267,567 in federal student loans.
