Of the 799 people living in Tecumseh in 2019, 57.1 percent (456) were women and 42.9 percent (343) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the WC Indiana News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 223-to-194. In the 65 and over age range, there were 102 females and 64 males.
