In case you haven't noticed, the dedicated Sullivan City DPW crews have been working hard this month in so many ways maintaining infrastructure and beautifying our city! All of this requires detailed planning, scheduling, coordination and oversight. But that's just an average days work for our very own Director of Public Works J.D. Wilson.
