Beware Mosquito
The City of Sullivan will begin spraying for mosquitos on 10 May 2022! A city truck with the mosquito sprayer will begin around 7pm for the first few weeks. The truck will always have its strobe lights on traveling between the speeds of 10-15 mph. The certified sprayer will adjust to later start times as we move through the summer season! The city will spray for mosquitos every Tuesday night unless the weather does not allow it. Please do not allow children to follow or chase the mosquito machine, even though the spray is harmless, safety is the number one priority for the citizens of Sullivan, all of the children in our community, and our own city workers.
