Preparations for tomorrow's Flower Flood 2022 were in full swing today with Sullivan City DPW crews preparing flower beds and setting flowers in the proper places to be planted. Many City DPW employees, businesses, students, and civic organizations will be volunteering Friday morning in Downtown Sullivan.
