All Ages: Save money, reduce waste, and be creative with random accessories or gently-used outfits this Halloween. Visit the West Branch Library to leave what you can and take what you need to create your perfect costume. Costumes for all ages will be accepted and available to take at no charge. Items will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
