The City of Sullivan would like to extend a big thank you to the Indiana Department of Transportation for awarding the City of Sullivan over $830,000 in Community Crossings Grant funds. These funds, along with local match, will enable the City to invest over $1.1 million to mill and resurface Sullivan city streets.
