After hosting its first tournament since 2019 last week, the Indiana State women's golf team returns to the road for its final tournament before the MVC Championships as the team travels to Normal, Illinois for the Redbird Invitational. Illinois State plays host to the tournament at the par-72 Weibring Golf Club.

The tournament field includes host Illinois State along with Northern Illinois, Bradley, Loyola, Drake, Southern Illinois, Indiana State, Western Illinois, Valparaiso, and Eastern Illinois.

The Sycamores are coming off a third-place finish at the ISU Invitational. Pacing ISU was sophomore Chelsea Morrow (79-75=154) who finished 10-over par. A Fishers, Indiana native, Morrow posted a first-round score of 79 to finish seven-over-par before jumping seven spots in the final round after shooting just three-over on the par-72 course.
